Chelsea skipper Terry hails Matic for pre-match rev-up

 Looks like Jose just know how to get his players tempo high before a match
 
Chelsea skipper John Terry hailed Nemanja Matic for an inspiring team-talk going into their win at Liverpool.
Before the game, midfielder Matic took the pre-match team-talk instead of Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho revealed a different player speaks before kick-off every week, with Matic impressing Terry with his speech.
"It was very inspiring!" Terry said, with a laugh.
"Everyone takes their turn before the game and he did very well today.
"He's been different class since he came back [from Benfica this summer] and he's a real player for the team.
"He's been at the heart of some great team performances.
"We never looked like losing the game which has been our key this season."
